  • should their be any substantial increase in the charge of diesel fuel, we may find it necessary to a fuel surcharge.

  • All reservations are considered tentative until a 50% deposit is received within fourteen (14)days of reserving space(s).

  • All deposits are nonrefundable unless written cancellation is received ninety (90) days prior to departure date. Deposit refunds are subject to a 10% administrative fee.

  • All four and five day trips must be paid in full at lease thirty (60) days prior to departure.

  •  Legend Sportfishing reserves the right to over book by one (1) on all trips to offset any last minute cancellations.
